In January 2023, Guangxi Chongzuo City Urban Industrial Investment Group, Shenzhen Pinfu Capital, and Baiye Times Supply Chain Company jointly established Guangxi Chongzuo City Industrial Investment Logistics Co., Ltd. (GTL) through mixed ownership reform. With international logistics and international import and export as the cornerstone and the vision of "becoming the first industrial logistics listed company in Chongzuo", GTL fully leverages Chongzuo City's advantages in the Sino Vietnamese border and comprehensively explores domestic and international business. Border advantage: Chongzuo City borders Vietnam with a border line of over 500 kilometers. It has 5 first-class ports such as Friendship Pass and 23 border trade checkpoints, making it the largest area for goods exchange between China and Vietnam. Background of state-owned enterprises: Chongzuo Industrial Investment Group initiated the establishment of a municipal level logistics enterprise, Industrial Investment Industry Logistics Co., Ltd. The state-owned enterprise, as a single major shareholder, supports the provision of self operated transportation fleets and a 300 acre Industrial Investment Industry Logistics Park. Private enterprise operation: Shenzhen Pinfu Capital has been deeply involved in the international logistics and international import and export industries for 30 years, serving as a core supplier for large international enterprises such as Apple, Samsung, Foxconn, and Luxshare.
